Our Partners
The Kumasi Polytechnic was established in 1954. The institution was then called Kumasi Technical Institute. On October 13, 1963 the Institute was converted to a non-tertiary Polytechnic under the Ghana Education Service. It began to offer Technician, Diploma and Sub-Professional courses alongside the craft courses that were already being offered. From that time the Polytechnic concentrated on the development of the Technician courses, Ordinary Diploma programmes and other professional courses.
